We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, where possible

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at: info@lannanbakery.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We’ll respond as soon as we're able to do so with return instructions and the return address.
• Securely package your item(s) and send them back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
