Welcome to Lannan Bakery
Lannan is the first bakery from Scottish baker Darcie Maher. We opened our doors in Edinburgh’s Stockbridge in July 2023.
Growing up in the Scottish Borders, Darcie taught herself to bake by reading about pastry, and later honed her craft at bakeries and restaurants throughout the UK.
Lannan's regularly-changing menu combines Darcie’s signature bakes, from classic viennoiserie to custard slices, pains suisses and cardamom buns, with limited-run creations using local and seasonal produce.
Lannan was awarded ‘Pastry Opening of the Year’ at La Liste’s 2024 Pastry Awards.
